Inherited Loves – How Do Our Ancestors’ Stories Shape Our Relationships?
Why do we find ourselves repeating the same conflicts over and over again? Why are we drawn to certain people, and why do similar relationship patterns continue across generations?
In this lecture, we will explore the world of transgenerational inheritance and examine how the destinies, unspoken stories, losses, and relationship patterns of our ancestors influence the female and male roles we live out today. We will discuss the perspective of Family Constellations, inherited loyalties, relationship blockages, and how we can begin to consciously shape our own stories.
Because our relationships do not begin when we meet each other—they often begin generations earlier.
This presentation offers not only theoretical insights into this fascinating field but also draws on our personal experiences, our work as facilitators, and the stories of hundreds of people to illustrate how the past and present intertwine within our relationships.
Who Are the Destiny Navigators (Sorsnavigátorok)?
Anikó spent more than twenty years working in healthcare, where helping people was not only her profession but also her calling. Over the years, she increasingly recognized that physical symptoms are often connected to deeper emotional stories. This realization led her toward the fields of self-development and holistic helping professions.
She holds a degree in Health Promotion and works as a kinesiologist, naturopath, phytotherapist, family constellation facilitator, life healer, relationship and marriage counselor. In addition, she guides people as a labyrinth coach and women’s circle facilitator, supporting those who seek a deeper connection with themselves and their life path.
Together with her husband, Krisztián Németh, she has been running their shared venture, Sorsnavigátorok (“Destiny Navigators”), for more than four years. Krisztián has worked in law enforcement for over twenty years and, alongside this career, serves as a family constellation facilitator, relationship and marriage counselor, firewalking instructor, and men’s circle leader.
At the heart of their work is helping people understand their own stories, recognize inherited patterns, and discover a path toward greater freedom, awareness, and more harmonious relationships. They believe that what we truly understand no longer needs to be repeated—and that real transformation always begins with an honest realization.
