Calabash rhythm discovery workshop
2H to experience rhythm through the calabash, your body and your voice
To understand rhythm is to be able to "situate myself in space/time".
It is to be able to make "appointments" with the others, it is to "enter in relation" with the uni-vers
When I understand the rhythm I can make clear proposals
In this discovery workshop, I invite you to gather in a circle, let yourself be guided by my voice and enjoy a joyful experience by carefully putting your brain aside to simply enter into the experience of the sensation
What we will practice together:
An integrative pedagogical approach through the body, and philosophical through the spirit of rhythm
- Introduction of rhythm guided by cardiac coherence through breathing
- Question and answer games with David
- Synchronization of the limbs (feet/hands/voice)
- Singing together
- Tapping together and in rhythm
- Playing on the music with intensity
- Being accompanied by David in music
