Gábor Orbán is a yoga teacher, chi-kung instructor, masseur, recreational sports instructor. He has been making group and private yoga classes, lifestyle camps, workshops and teaching Chi Kung Taoist excercises since 2003.
He will also provide visitors with an insight into Wai-Tan-Kung Chi kung at the HUG Festival. Chi kung is a system of movements that is easy for everyone to learn, combining elements of gymnastics, breathing exercises, meditation and acupressure.
